使後續的租客遠離惡房東、幫助好房東永遠滿租，留傳好房東的故事。同時，房東也可以針對租客做評論，讓其他房東知道這是一位好租客，幫助篩選。
我們的夢想，是透過大家經驗的分享，一起創造一個更安全、和諧的租屋環境!

This is an age of information-sharing, and we ask all of our future users of the platform to share their experience about the place they once lived in. Whether it's good or bad, experience sharing could help people greatly to decide whether to rent or not. The landlord can also leave their comment about the tenant, makes it easier for other landlords to know this is a great person to rent to.
We hope to prevent people to rent from bad landlords, and help good landlords to rent easily. The same goes helping landlords screening the behavior of tenants.
